Here at Fox Plaza Automotive we have been one of the busiest shops in the Memphis area for over 40 years while striving for a safe, clean and enjoyable work place. Technicians get to enjoy very limited customer exposure and the ability to leave outside drama at the door is an expectation.
- We provide sales and production management to the extent that each employee has the opportunity to maximize their skills. - Based on skill and experience, we offer seasoned technicians a guaranteed weekly salary plus commission. Our entry level techs are offered hourly pay with an opportunity for overtime, as well as to earn monthly bonuses.
- We also offer our employees a robust benefits package that can be tailored to each individuals needs. These include but are not limited to: Health benefits (including dental and vision), employer matched 401K, rollover health savings account (monthly employer contributions), paid sick leave, paid vacation, opportunity to earn gas allowance, as well as no cost uniforms.
- While many of our competitors require hours worked on the weekend, our facilities are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing us to spend more time with our loved ones. We also enjoy an hour lunch and offer paid time off for all major holidays.
- Anyone in our field knows that continued education is a vital part of a technician’s growth. Through various outlets we offer in person and online workshops throughout the year. Free ASE certifications are also available through the company for individuals set on mastering their trade.
- Both locations are loaded with the tools and resources to ease the road to success. We have various scanners for multiple applications including Snap-On and Autel, in house software updating and module programming, 1234yf machines, digital inspections, access to All Data, Identifix and Mitchell, Alignment machines, multiple repair kits and all lifts are above ground.
