With changing the oil in both of my vehicles. I had them check the brakes on both of my vehicles and they warranty my brakes I had changed on a previous visit due to the brakes malfunctioning. I had purchased it from this location under the previous owner, and didn't realize that the part was still under warranty. They searched their records, realized that it was under warranty, and replaced the part. The cost to me for parts and labor was zero - $0! Only issue was I have a Car Care card thats accepted in over 500,000 repair shops and Fox Plaza Auto is listed as a site that accepts this form of payment. But when the associate ran the card it was declined. I will call the shop to get this clarified, because its run on Discover Card network and it should have been accepted according to the bank when I checked. So I just paid cash. But I will definitely use them for future repairs! Customer service was wonderful!

Yes I had some transmission work done and they do some work on it a clutch on an old 2002 Ford ranger yes and they did a great job on the transmission but I had a check engine light come on and well I had to bring it back the next day but they looked at it said that a wire was stuck in between one of my ignition wires were stuck in between the transmission and where they connected it up to and they fixed it right away no charge I appreciate that and do the fact that my wife was saying so much about my little Ford ranger she's in it now driving around checking it out for herself and I think she'll be glad thank you very much for Fox plaza automotives bye-bye

We brought our mini van here after a long fiasco with Christian Brothers Automotive who had our van 3 times and never once hooked it to an odb2 reader or wanted to take the time to diagnose our problem. The van was completely shutting down on us in mid-traffic. It was a very scary situation with my children in the car and not knowing when it was going to shut down. My husband dealt with Patrick and he was great and very professional! He communicated with us well and took the time to actually diagnose what the problem was. He hooked it up to the reader and saw the same codes we did and tested all the wiring. He determined that the ECM was bad so he ordered it and had it replaced for us in just a couple of days. It has been two weeks now and we have had no problems with the car at all. I would definitely recommend Fox Plaza for any of your car repairs. My family is very grateful to you for your excellent service!

I have been to Fox Plaza twice, with two different trucks. The first time I was at the end of my rope. I had changed a ton of parts and my truck was just sputtering. Turns out there was an issue with the soldering/wiring on the ECU that was keeping some sensors from grounding. Never would have figured that out on my own. They diagnosed the issue quickly and kept me updated the whole time. The replaced part was new, not remanufactured and the labor cost was very reasonable. My second visit was last week, they fixed a belt-related squeal. I thought my water pump might be going bad, but it turns out the belt I got new from Autozone was pretty dried out. They put a new belt on and changed a worn idler pulley for good measure. Same experience, they are really quick and cost was reasonable. Haven't had any issues with their repair work. Can't recommend Fox Plaza enough, it's the perfect balance between backwoods mechanic and dealership. You get the resources of a bigger place but the honesty and communication of a smaller place.

They were able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule and offered me their opinion.They assessed the car and also tested my tires and alignment . They said I did not need the alignment. My mom had been a frequent customer since the early 90s due to the customer service of Mr McGee and how they always fixed her car and made sure she still made it to work in time. And that they gained her loyalty. So when I had trouble with my car, she said the only place that she will trust her car is with Fox Plaza- that they are honest and don?t try to sale you on things but will tell you what you need fixed immediately and what you can fix later. I sat there and laughed with their reps - and watch movies. I did work on my computer with their WiFi. The atmosphere was great. They kept wiping everything down and keeping the place clean. Recommended by a coworker as I've been looking for a local car shop. I noticed a pretty big leak after work earlier this week so I called the main shop (not too long before they closed) and the gentleman was so understanding and encouraged me to drop it off early the following morning. Very smooth check in process, Tracey said they would call as soon as they identified the issues and she sure did. She also shared other issues that the tech found during his inspection and prioritized each issue in terms of safety and the estimated price and timeline for the most crucial repair. Unfortunately, it was outside of my budget so I had to make arrangements elsewhere. I will say I forgot to call them back and let them know that I would be picking up my car, but when I arrived after work, Tracey was very understanding. She also provided me with a formal document noting all inspection findings as promised during the call and she reviewed it with me again (as well as the fact that my car has such high mileage that I may not find certain non-urgent repairs to be worthwhile)--all of which is very helpful. They were so pleasant and professional that I do plan to go back for car services at some point and for this reason, I would highly recommend them!

Recently I took my '97 Blazer to Fox Plaza Automotive to have several issues checked out.. The techs actually went over my vehicle from bumper to bumper and even corrected some things I did not mention .One of which I'd been advised by other places could not be corrected. Because of my vehicles age I did not expect such detailed attention. However, l have no question that it was given the same level of service as would be given a later model .. Their honest advice AND reasonable prices make them worthy of five stars ?. Additioally each employee I spoke with was pleasant and seemed happpy to see customers. I love fox plaza. They are always friendly and tell you everything that needs to be done to your vehicle. I just got new brakes, new battery, windshield wipers, fixed the driver side spout to clean the windows, oil change. When they do my car I feel completely confident it's done right. I am from out of town and brought my truck in from a reference a parts distributor conveyed. A breath of fresh air when you find mechanics that are honest. I cant say enough. I had the ford dealership wanting to replace all kinds of hardware and costing thousands. Fox Plaza assessed, tightened bolts, recommended DIY work and then did a follow up call for a rebate. NO ONE does this anymore. They have my loyalty so long as that crew is there. My hats off to David, gentlemen that dropped me off at the job site, and the other mechanics.
