My family and I were traveling through Memphis this past week enroute to New Orleans from our home in Illinois. We began to experience a weird sound coming from the back of our minivan, and I could tell something wasn't right. We were fortunate to make it to our hotel and I contacted a couple area dealerships to see if I could get the van in to figure out our problem. All I was told was that they were to busy and to call back another day. I spoke with one local service station and they pointed me towards Fox Plaza Tire & Automotive Services. I was told they were dependable and very trustworthy. I made it to their garage right before closing. They took a quick look and asked if I could have it back at 7AM and they would figure out the problem. In under two hours we were on our way. We had a chunk of metal break off from one of the rear brake rotors. The staff at Fox Lake were very accommodating to us and friendly. I am very thankful for the Fox Lake staff and very appreciative of their hard work!

We have all our preventive maintenance done here and are extremely satisfied. We have two older vehicles that we want to keep running and can count on Fox Plaza Tire and Auto to help us do that. When we get a warning light they are always helpful and always inform us of what is going on with the vehicle so we can make the right decision to either have the work done then or schedule later at our convenience. One issue I had was a fuel leak. I had one other shop look at it and the dealer and neither could find the issue. Fox Plaza found the issue in the fuel line where a loose bolt that held the harness had come loose and was allowing the fuel line to vibrate against another area causing the leak. Since that issue I don't go anywhere else. My family is too important.
